WHAT WE’RE COOKING FOR YOU THIS WEEK

 

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3

Grits & Griallades, sautéed zucchini, salad, bread, apple pie, and drink. Pork loin medallions rest atop baked garlic cheese grits covered with a sumptuous gravy. No, it’s not really diet friendly, but the sautéed zucchini and house salad balance everything nicely. As a finisher, the apple pie, made with granny smith apples, will make you smile for the rest of the day.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4

Overnight Brisket, signature potatoes, green beans, salad, bread, butter pecan pound cake, and drink. Our Overnight Brisket, slow-cooked in a blend of spices and beer, will cheer your tummy and your table. Signature potatoes come cooked in a black pepper gravy sauce with parsley — the ultimate comfort food. Green beans, well, they’re green beans, and they’re great. The butter pecan pound cake is surprisingly simple and always delicious.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5

Chicken pot pie, salad, bread, outlaw brownies, and drink. Made with grilled chicken breast meat, a host of vegetables, and a scrumptious sauce made with our own chicken stock, SHE Chicken pot pie will ruin you for other pot pies. As for the brownies, well, they’re so deeply chocolatey delicious, you’ll want to break the law.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6

Stone House Eats Classic Cassie, salad, bread, lemon delight, and drink. Fettuccine noodles dressed in a creamy, homemade Béchamel sauce with tomatoes, onions, olives, and mushrooms make a fabulous casserole. Add some house salad, and lemon delight so delightful you’ll want to sing in a MGM musical, and you have an amazing way to finish your week.
