What We’re Cooking Week’s End
Thursday, July 23

No, it wasn’t something so instinctual as fight or flight; no, it wasn’t something so romantic as the love of a beautiful blond; no, it wasn’t a bad hair day. Friday, July 24 — Salmon & Shrimp Rhomboid!
Salmon croquettes with an artichoke cream sauce and a fresh roasted vegetable medley. Someone once said, “Life is like fishing. Barbecued shrimp stuffed po-boy and a house salad. Look, this dish gets folks primed and jazzed for a great weekend. Butter, alone among cooking condiments, has the unique power to change life. Yes, it does. Just come have some buttery, saucy shrimp stuffed po-boys and you’ll see.
